No exceptions. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. No guarantees or warrenties of any kind are expressed or

implied. Once an animal leaves the care of CCK, CCK has no control over its well-being or treatment; therefore, after the animal leaves CCK's premises, it is the buyer's responsibility.

 

If requested, CCK will be happy to assist you in location a new home through referrals, but that responsibility ultimately falls on the buyer.

 

PAYMENT INFO: Cash, money orders or credit cards (via Pay Pal) Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.

 

RESERVING ANIMALS AND DEPOSITS: All animals are sold on a first-come and first-pay basis. No animal will be held without CCK having recieved either full payment or a deposit for the animal, whichever we have discussed with you. For all goats, a minimum deposit of $50 is required to hold the animal of your choice. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the animal(s) are not picked up on the agreed upon pick up date, a boarding fee of $5.00 per day will be incurred unless other arrangements are made in advance. After fourteen days for adult goats and seven days for kids, the animal will be place up for sale, and any deposit received will be forfeited.

 

Remember, no animal is considered "Pending Sold" until the deposit has reached CCK.

 

In the event that something happens to the animal between deposit and departure, CCK will refund the deposit OR apply the deposit to another animal.

 

REGISTRATION PAPERWORK: All animals sold as registered stock will come with the applications for registration OR their original registration certificates and signed transfers. The buyer is responsible for sending in the application and for all registration fees. However, CCK would be happy help figure out the paperwork redtape if asked.

 

HEALTH PAPERS/SHIPPING: If you require a health certificate for your animal, we can have a vet make all necessary arrangements. All health certificates and related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. It's the buyer's responsibility to check their home state's laws regarding the transport, import of livestock and the ability to keep livestock in their city/county.  We ship out of the Charleston, WV airport. Crates, airline tickets, and transport fees to the airport are the buyer's responsibility. There is an extra delivery fee to the airport as it is 90 minutes one way to the airport from CCK farm. The delivery fee to the airport is $100.

 

 

GUARANTEE: All animals will be healthy at the time of pick up. Because we cannot control the animal's environment after it leaves CK's premise, there's no extended health guarantee. Show quality animals will be free of disqualifying at the time of sale. We will replace any breeding stock sold who is deemed by a veterinaran to be genetically infertile. The animal and all paperwork from the veterinaran must be returned to CCK once deemed infertile.
